As a Ghanaian child in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, Benjamin “Bnnyhunna” Ankomah discovers how to express himself through music. In church, he learns to play piano, guitar and drums. He later produces songs for Gaidaa, Rimon and Dolapo, among others, and tours worldwide with Jose James, Arp Frique and Yung Nnelg. 

For his own, unorthodox message, he experiments with photography, video and poetry. His fusion of jazz, afro, hip-hop and r&b is influenced by legends such as Fela Kuti, Pharell and Kendrick Lamar and particularly well captured on his debut album ECHOES OF PRAYER.
