When do the doors open?
The doors at De Roma open 45 minutes before the start of the activity.
Unpaid reservations must be picked up no later than 15 minutes before the start, after which the seats will be released for other visitors.
We remind you that we always start punctually at the indicated time.
When our restaurant AMOR is open for a concert menu, you are welcome from 5:00 pm.
For Borgerbuns, doors open at 6:30 pm.
For a Music at the Table evening in AMOR, you can join us starting at 6:00 pm.
For all other activities in AMOR (concerts, debate evenings, ...) the doors open 45 minutes before the start, just like in De Roma.
Opening hours may vary. Please check the timing on www.deroma.be or on your reservation for AMOR.
De Roma is a Safe(r) Space
Roma is an open and warm home where everyone may feel welcome, safe and respected.
There is no room for discrimination, harassment or transgressive behavior in our venue.

Preferably pay cashless
We try to operate cashless as much as possible. At the bar you can pay for your drinks with your debit card or Payconiq. However, it is still possible to pay with cash, but for this you have to go to the cash desk.
Where can I safely leave my coat or bag?
You are not allowed to bring rucksacks, large bags or umbrellas into the auditorium. You can hand these in, along with your coat, to one of our volunteers in the secure cloakroom. This service is free, but a voluntary contribution is always welcome.
We also have a locker room on the first floor (open except during film screenings, dance afternoons and foyer concerts). There, you can hire a small (€2), medium (€4) or large (€6) locker to store your belongings. Please note that when the balcony is closed, the lockers are only accessible via the stairs.
Unfortunately, there is no space for folding bikes or scooters in the cloakroom or locker area. You’ll need to park them on the street or in the secure cycle park (you can check the timetable for each event to see if the cycle park is open).
Can I take photos and videos?
Taking photos, making films, videos or sound recordings is prohibited. Press photographers must request permission in advance via pers@deroma.be.
