The doors at De Roma open 45 minutes before the start of the activity.
Unpaid reservations must be picked up no later than 15 minutes before the start, after which the seats will be released for other visitors.
We remind you that we always start punctually at the indicated time.

When our restaurant AMOR is open for a concert menu, you are welcome from 5:00 pm.
For Borgerbuns, doors open at 6:30 pm. 
For a Music at the Table evening in AMOR, you can join us starting at 6:00 pm.
For all other activities in AMOR (concerts, debate evenings, ...) the doors open 45 minutes before the start, just like in De Roma.

Are you confronted with inappropriate behavior or do you feel unsafe? Do not hesitate to let us know. Talk to one of the people wearing a De Roma t-shirt.

We try to operate cashless as much as possible. At the bar you can pay for your drinks with your debit card or Payconiq. However, it is still possible to pay with cash, but for this you have to go to the cash desk.

We have a guarded cloakroom where you can safely leave your coat, bag and other personal belongings. The cloakroom is not mandatory, except for backpacks, suitcases, folding bikes and any other huge item, which you cannot bring into the hall. Our volunteers will be happy to help you. The use of the cloakroom is free, but you can always leave a free contribution.

Taking photos, making films, videos or sound recordings is prohibited. Press photographers must request permission in advance via pers@deroma.be.
