Please note, we do our best to transmit the sound as quickly as possible, but it is inevitable that there will be a slight delay in the sound transmission. Here’s what you can do to avoid an echo effect:
- Check the settings of your hearing aid: limit ambient noise as much as possible. This way, you can focus on the sound coming in via MobileConnect.
- Want to use headphones? Use ones that completely cover your ears. It also helps if you can use a wire instead of Bluetooth.
- Discuss this with your audiologist in advance if necessary.
