Twenty-two Palestinian filmmakers show the situation in Gaza in 2024 in as many short films - in genres as diverse as documentary, fiction, animation and experimental video art. Together, they describe the lives of people who - at best - are seen only as victims, offering counterpoint to the ongoing dehumanisation of Palestinians.

These understated, deeply human and layered short films leave a deep impression. With their films, the makers give voice to a resilient people in oppression and even hint at a glimmer of hope.
