Köln 75
Cologne, 1975. Teenager Vera Brandes starts producing and promoting music concerts at a young age. A major performance by jazz pianist Keith Jarrett is planned, but due to an endless series of unforeseen problems, she is not having an easy time of it during the preparations. Nevertheless, Vera continues to believe in the power of music and risks everything to make the greatest solo concert in the history of jazz music happen.
Keith Jarrett's legendary performance in Cologne in 1975 is still remembered today. The album of the concert, Köln Concert, is still one of the best-selling piano albums of all time. The fact that Jarrett was able to achieve such a feat, completely improvised on a broken piano, proves that he is rightly one of the biggest names in the jazz world.
