One Frame Movement is a unique alliance of keyboards, double bass, and percussion, delivering dynamic and colorful compositions. The contemporary jazz trio exudes playfulness and draws inspiration from electronic orientations, classical music, indie, and other unexpected sources. The band combines lyrical melodic themes with rhythmic soundscapes and tight grooves, which they stretch apart live in improvisation and consternation.

In addition to their shows, the trio has written live soundtracks for silent films and music for contemporary dance. After their debut EP One Frame Movement, the live EP BRUSQUE quickly followed. DJ and producer Lefto also featured them on his musical showcase Lefto Presents Jazz Cats 2. Starting in 2026, drummer Orlan Ghekiere joins the group, alongside Marijn Claeys on keys and Anton Lambert on double bass. Their new release Rakelings will be out in March 2026.
