The most exciting 'one-man dub band' of the moment is the brilliant Pachyman. When he moved from Puerto Rico to Los Angeles, multi-instrumentalist Pachy García rediscovered his passion for early Jamaican music. He taught himself to play the drums and frantically visited thrift stores for cheap studio equipment. Not much later he settled in his studio 333 House was born, where he brought old dub reggae and ska to life while tinkering (and livestreaming on Instagram). In addition to these music genres, Pachyman is also a great music lover and singer and musician with LA-based noise rock band Prettiest Eyes.
