Four years ago, Solak released his remarkable debut album, Green. In AMOR, Lukas Somers, known for collaborations with the likes of Yong Yello and Catbug, presents his second special album. It was titled Atlas and recorded at the breathtaking Ocean Sound Recording Studios in Norway, where Arcade Fire and Travis have also previously recorded their classics. 

What stands out: the darker songs have become darker and feel less safe, although there is still beauty smouldering in the darkness. The lighter songs sound lighter and are performed more grandly. This is possible because Solak has now molted into a band. Listen to Solak and you'll hear similarities with Feist, Jack Johnson, Elliott Smith and role model Blake Mills.
