29-year-old Rona has been living in London for 10 years, where busy city life has consumed her. Alcohol and drugs take over, until she decides to put her physical and mental health first. 

To overcome her addictions once and for all, she returns to the Orkney Islands where she grew up. Here, the memories of her childhood merge with the derailed life she led in London. As she surrenders to the overwhelming landscape, the wind and the sea accompany Rona on her road to recovery.
