Triggerfinger

In 2019, Triggerfinger celebrated its twentieth anniversary at De Roma with four sizzling concerts. At the time, nobody could have imagined that the band was about to face one of the greatest challenges in its history. Following the departure of Monsieur Paul for health reasons and his passing in 2025, a period of reflection followed. But for Ruben Block and Mario Goossens, one thing quickly became clear: quitting was never an option. Their passion for making music together and performing live was far from gone.

This new chapter takes shape with TARMAC, the band's first studio album since Colossus in 2017. For the recordings, Ruben and Mario headed to Los Angeles, where producer Mitchell Froom challenged them to explore new directions. Released on 18 September, the album showcases a band that has reinvented itself without losing its identity. Sharp and uncompromising as ever.

A new era is also unfolding on stage. Geoffrey Burton, renowned for his collaborations with Arno, Grace Jones and Iggy Pop, takes over bass duties. A musician with a wealth of experience, a distinctive playing style and the perfect addition to a band that has considered the stage its natural habitat for twenty-five years. Because that's where Triggerfinger truly comes alive. With blood-pumping guitar licks, concrete-solid bass lines and ultra-tight drumming, the band transforms every venue into the beating heart of its own unique blues-rock universe. Don't miss it!
