If you are unfortunately unable to attend your performance at De Roma due to unexpected circumstances, you can safely sell your ticket via TicketSwap. Below we will be happy to explain how to do this.
How to sell a ticket via Ticketswap
1. Go to www.ticketswap.be, click on the blue ‘Sell tickets’ button and then click on ‘Start selling’
2. Log in or create an account under ‘Log in’.
3. Click on ‘Upload your PDF or Apple Wallet tickets’ and upload your tickets as a PDF document. 4. Select which tickets you want to sell. Please note, you must upload the full PDF containing all tickets.
4. You can now choose which tickets you want to sell. By default, all tickets are selected for sale. Click on ‘Remove from sale’ to keep a ticket for yourself.
5. Set the selling price and enter your bank account number. You cannot resell a ticket for a higher price. Tickets purchased at a reduced rate or at a special promotional price cannot be resold.
5. Finally, click on ‘Create listing’ to actually put your tickets up for sale.
6. When your ticket has been sold, you will receive a notification via the app.
