How to sell a ticket via Ticketswap
1. Go to www.ticketswap.be and log in or create an account under "Login".
2. Once logged in, click on "sell tickets" at the top right and search for the event for which you want to sell your tickets.
3. Upload your tickets as a PDF file and indicate the tickets you want to sell. Please note that you must upload the complete PDF with all tickets. You can then choose the tickets you actually want to sell.
4. Determine the sales price and enter your bank account number. You cannot resell a ticket at a higher price. You cannot resell tickets that you have purchased at the Reduction rate or at a special promotional price.
5. Once your ticket has been sold, you will receive a notification via the app/email and the money will be transferred within three working days. You will also receive a new email with the tickets that have not yet been sold or not for sale.
