You can pay with your De Roma voucher online, by phone, at the ticket office (Turnhoutsebaan 329 - Borgerhout) and at the box office at the entrance to De Roma. There's a code on your voucher, so keep it handy. 
If there's no code on your voucher, it's an old voucher which is also valid and which you can exchange at our ticket office or at the box office at the entrance to De Roma.

You can pay online with your voucher as follows:

• Using the Agenda page, select the event for which you wish to purchase tickets and click on “BUY TICKETS”.
• You will now enter the online ordering procedure. First choose the number of tickets you require for the desired price class and click “Next”.
• Now you are on the page of your shopping basket. When your shopping basket matches your requirements, click “Next” again.
• When paying, select “Use gift card”.
• Enter your voucher code in the code field and confirm.
• If you still need to pay a surcharge, select a payment method again.
• If the value of your voucher exceeds the amount spent, the residual value remains valid on your voucher for the next payment.
• After payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the download link for your purchased tickets. 

If you have received a De Roma Cinema Voucher (worth €5), you can watch a film at De Roma for free. Book your seat in advance via the TICKET DESK or TICKET LINE and hand in the voucher on the same day at the ticket office at the entrance of De Roma. The cinema voucher has no expiration date.

De Roma accepts SABAM, Sport & Culture vouchers from Pluxee and Edenred, Gift Passes from Pluxee and culture vouchers from Agrafa. We cannot refund money on these vouchers. If you want to buy tickets with culture vouchers, you must go to the box office (Turnhoutsebaan 329 - Borgerhout) or to the box office at the entrance of De Roma. Always make sure that your voucher is still valid. The expiry date can be found on your voucher or in the app. You can pay by check until this date, even for performances/concerts taking place after this date.

You can also go to the box office or to the counter at the entrance of De Roma with your digital culture vouchers from Edenred and Pluxee.

Secondary school students from the age of 15 can attend a selection of shows at De Roma at a lower cost thanks to the culture vouchers for students. On the page with the details of the event you can check whether the vouchers are valid for the event.

You can exchange the culture vouchers at the Ticket office (Turnhoutsebaan 329 - Borgerhout) during opening hours. It is also possible to book a ticket in advance by phone and then exchange the voucher at the Ticket office, but not later than 7 days after your call.
