The Brussels band Bandler Ching is the creative product of composer and saxophonist Ambroos De Schepper, who you may know from his contributions to bands such as Kosmo Sound, Azmari and Mos Ensemble. In this project by De Schepper himself, improvisations with contemporary jazz, electro, trap, hip-hop and global beats are harmoniously combined with each other.
In 2023, the quartet made its debut with its album Coaxial with the Sdban Ultra label. The album is a journey through the musical fantasies of the band members. "We start with jazz and give it our own style, improvising freely. That's why the influences of electronics, beat and hip-hop are also present in our music," says De Schepper.
