BARRU brings a compelling mix of groovy, alternative indie pop full of melancholy, straight from the heart of Borgerhout. Singer-songwriter Bart Van Leuven and producer Xavier De Clercq will present their first album Awake, But Dreaming at AMOR with an exclusive release show.
With his signature voice, Van Leuven sings of the beauty and fragility of love, fears and existence. The songs are given extra colour on stage thanks to Jeroen De Gussem (Jerry Spin) on synths and Dennis Mahieu (Cloudy-Oh) on drums.
