Between the 25-year Yevgueni anniversary year and the next planned Yevgueni album, there will be exactly one year. The year 2026, coincidentally the year in which frontman and songwriter Klaas Delrue turns 50. And—among other reasons—also a year in which he wants to make his solo voice heard once again.
In March 2026, Klaas will release his solo album in Dutch, Tijd voor mij ("Time for Me"). This "small album" will clearly showcase the singer-songwriter and bedroom singer within him. The songs will be intimate, fragile, and delicate, similar to those on Yevgueni's albums, but this time recorded and performed solo. The album will be produced with restraint and expertise by Willem Ardui.
