The latest film by the Dardenne brothers is another moving masterpiece, a tender portrait of five young mothers.

Jessica, Perla, Julie, Ariane and Naïma are staying in a shelter for young mothers. The arrival of a baby has turned their former lives completely upside down. They share a lot with each other, literally and figuratively: they eat together, bathe their babies together and exchange experiences. The togetherness partly relieves the feeling of being alone, even though they each have their own story, with specific worries, desires, challenges and dreams, for themselves and their child.
