Thanks to their energetic and heartwarming live shows, The Magic Numbers have built a solid reputation since the mid‑2000s. Their self‑titled debut album, released in 2005, featured not only the worldwide hit “Forever Lost” but also “Love Me Like You” and “Love Is a Game”, two songs that spent a long time in the UK Top 10. The album went on to sell over a million copies worldwide, propelling the band to the forefront of the British music scene.

The magic of The Magic Numbers lies in their unique set-up. With Romeo and Michele Stodart alongside Sean and Angela Gannon, the band is made up of two brother‑sister duos performing together on stage. They are known for their distinctive vocal harmonies, powerful melodies, subtle songwriting and timeless sound. They have toured the world, built a loyal fanbase and shared stages with major artists including Neil Young, Brian Wilson, Radiohead, The Flaming Lips, The Who, U2, Elbow and Bright Eyes. In the meantime, the group has released five successful albums, with a new one currently in the works.

Beyond their work as a band, The Magic Numbers have also become known for a wide range of artistic collaborations. Romeo Stodart has written and produced for artists such as Jane Birkin, Natalie Imbruglia, Billy Bragg and The Chemical Brothers. Michele Stodart has built a successful solo career of her own, releasing three critically acclaimed albums and collaborating with numerous other musicians.
