After leaving the big stages like TW Classic for lounges of only 30 people, this turned out to be, oddly enough, the best thing that could have happened to Tom Helsen. It was in this small and personal setting that he rediscovered the essence of his music and regained pleasure in playing. After a period of rest and reflection, he consciously decided not to seek the spotlight anymore.

Without the pressure of deadlines or expectations, he started working on his thirteenth album. The first single from that album is titled Rooster, a song about how hard people sometimes find it to trust each other.

Working on these songs increased his need to share them with the world. Therefore, he decided to say goodbye to living rooms and turn back to the bigger stages in solo. Live at AMOR, Tom Helsen will bring many pieces from his debut as well as new works.
