Unfinished Business, five spirited musicians who met in the corridors of the Antwerp Conservatory have been making a remarkable difference in the sonorous landscape in and around the city ever since.

Their dynamic repertoire cannot be put under a single heading. Grafted on jazz with influences of rock, funk, fusion and a firm anchor in Hard Bop, they bring a sound in which the echoes of classics mingle with the newness of their future music; palpable in an ear-flick; Their Business is Unfinished!

The schematically structured grids of their compositions offer room for improvisation that makes it possible to keep the mix of genres and stylistic influences fresh, crisp and alive. By literally and continually breathing new life into their music, this collective cultivated a Hive Mind. Their swarming tonality doesn't result in crystallised honey, but in a liquid delight.
