Young people today face a world in crisis: wars, genocides, climate change, ... They have questions about what exactly is going on and how these different world problems are connected. And they wonder how they can contribute to international solidarity and the fight for justice.
That is why Jeugdcentrum Bazzz organises a series of meeting points with and for young people (16-25 years). In March they invited experts to tell them about ‘Palestine: a people in resistance’ and in April they will discuss ‘Forgotten struggles: Congo and Sudan’.
On 4 May, they will conclude the series with inspiring discussion tables at AMOR, in cooperation with the partners of Grenzeloos, around the question: how can we make a difference?
Experienced activists will discuss injustice, resistance and hope with young people, and the many ways everyone - young and old - can stand up for human rights, peace and justice.
Featuring: Ama Amitai from Another Jewish Voice, Ahmad Al Aydi from Broederlijk Delen, Yasmina Akhandaf from BOEH! and Green Deen, and many more!
