You can buy tickets at the TICKETBALIE, the ticket office at Turnhoutsebaan 329 in Borgerhout or by telephone via the TICKETLIJN  (03 600 16 60).
Here are the opening hours:

• Tuesday morning from 10:00 to 13:00
• Wednesday afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00
• Friday morning from 10:00 to 13:00 

You don't need an account to order tickets online. Simply enter your email address after choosing your tickets and selecting your payment and delivery method.

You can also pay with a De Roma voucher. Under Payment click on Use gift card and type the code you will find on your voucher.

For shows that are not sold out, you can always buy tickets at the box office at the entrance of De Roma.

The box office opens 45 minutes before the start of the concert or other shows. You can pay with Bancontact, VISA or Mastercard, but also in cash.

Are you on your way to De Roma and you forgot your tickets at home? No problem. Your order is registered in our ticket system. Simply mention your name at the box office and we will find your tickets.

When a concert is sold out, we activate a waiting list.

For each concert we reserve a certain number of tickets for the artist. If the artist does not use all of his tickets, we can release these tickets for visitors on the waiting list. However, it is usually only a week or even a day or two before the concert that we know if there are still tickets available. As soon as we can release tickets, we send an email with the link to the ticket directly to all email addresses on the waiting list. All people registered on the waiting list therefore have an equal chance of getting a ticket. The key is to react quickly.

You can also search for a ticket on www.ticketswap.be. On this site you can buy tickets from other ticket holders who want to resell their tickets. We have a close official collaboration with TicketSwap. You will always receive a new ticket with your own, new barcode. This way you can be sure that the De Roma ticket you buy via TicketSwap is always valid.

Other resale sites are rarely reliable and often offer tickets at prices that are way too high. Beware of malicious resale websites or ticket purchase sites via social media. If you have purchased a ticket via an unofficial sales channel, we cannot help you if it is a counterfeit ticket and you will not be granted access to our venue. However, you can file a complaint with the FPS Economy. Submit your complaint directly via the reporting point.

Tickets are never refunded or exchanged unless the performance is cancelled.

If you are unfortunately unable to attend a performance at De Roma due to unexpected circumstances, you can safely resell your ticket via TicketSwap. Thanks to our close cooperation with TicketSwap, you can safely buy or sell a De Roma ticket. You will always receive a new ticket with your own, new barcode. This way you can be sure that the De Roma ticket you buy via Ticketswap is always valid.

If you buy 10 tickets or more for a show, you will benefit from a discount for each ticket. We cannot display the discount rate for groups online, so it is better to call or come to the box office.

Secondary school students from the age of 15 can attend a selection of shows at De Roma at a lower cost thanks to the culture vouchers for students. On the page with the details of the event you can check whether the vouchers are valid for the event.

You can exchange the culture vouchers at the Ticket office (Turnhoutsebaan 329 - Borgerhout) during opening hours. It is also possible to book a ticket in advance by phone and then exchange the voucher at the Ticket office, but not later than 7 days after your call.

You can buy tickets at the reduced “kansentarief” rate for most performances at De Roma. when you are entitled to increased reimbursement (Recht op verhoogde tegemoetkoming). For activities where this is not possible, the price type will not be visible. Tickets at kansentarief rate can be purchased online, by phone, at the Ticket Office during opening hours, or at the Box Office if tickets are still available (we do not accept orders via email).

To order tickets at Kansentarief rate, you must request a unique code once per calendar year, either by phone or at the ticket office. This code allows you to purchase one ticket at the kansentarief rate per eligible event. You can only request a code for yourself (and for children living with you).

The Kansentarief is a personal discount, offering a fixed ticket price of €2. At De Roma, you can prove your entitlement to increased reimbursement with your A-kaart or UiTPAS.

Please note: tickets purchased at the Kansentarief rate cannot be transferred or resold. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

With an OKO Sector pass you can buy your tickets by phone or at the ticket office (Turnhoutsebaan 329 - 2140 Borgerhout) during opening hours. For a maximum of two tickets, the pass entitles you to a discount of €3 per ticket on the basic price. (Discount not applicable on single-price events).

De Roma is associated with various partners, whose members can buy their tickets with a discount. In many cases, you can purchase your tickets online with your membership card. In all other cases it is best to contact our ticket office (Turnhoutsebaan 329 - 2140 Borgerhout).
