Yasmina and Nino grew up together in Beirut and were each other’s first loves. The war tore them apart. When Yasmina returns unexpectedly decades later, old feelings quickly resurface. Yet Yasmina continues to yearn for a life abroad, whilst Nino remains devoted to his city and his beloved bistro. Against the backdrop of a volatile political climate, they search for a way to rebuild their lives together.
