An evening with... Tom Lanoye
After 12 years, the triennial Prize of Dutch Literature is finally going to a Belgian again: Tom Lanoye. The official presentation, by King Filip, will take place at the Palace of Laeken, in a restricted circle. The popular celebration will take place - how could it be otherwise, with an author praised for his ‘literary spectacle’ - face to face with his many readers, at democratic entrance prices and in an equally magnificent setting: De Roma.
Be welcome to this wonderful and inspiring celebration in honour of one of the greatest authors and flamboyant figures our country has ever known. This evening's programme is in collaboration with Behoud de Begeerte, Literatuur Vlaanderen, Uitgeverij Prometheus and the Nederlandse Taalunie.
