Maggie Reilly grew into a global pop phenomenon in the 1980s alongside Mike Oldfield. Together, they produced iconic songs like Moonlight Shadow, To France, Foreign Affair and the Hall & Oates hit Family Man. She also topped the charts worldwide with her albums from that period - QE2, Five Miles Out, Crises, Discovery and Earth Moving.
After her collaboration with Mike Oldfield and a break to start a family, Maggie Reilly resumed her solo career, which she had started in Scotland in 1970 with the single Imagine Me and the band Joe Cool, later known as Cado Belle. That comeback came in 1991 with the album Echoes, which included the global hit Everytime we Touch and the European hits Wait and Tears in the Rain. The album went gold in several countries.
Maggie subsequently released several more albums (Elena, Rowan, Heaven Sent, Starfields) and in 2021 she reaped success with Past-Present-Future, an album featuring new versions of hits, beloved songs and new recordings. The album covers her entire career: from her days with Cado Belle and Mike Oldfield, to her solo work. At De Roma, you can expect a glamorous evening during which Maggie Reilly looks back on her impressive oeuvre that spans more than four decades.
